“I CARE” – Gov. Edgar M. Chatto and OPSWD OIC Mita Tecson (not in picture) visit and provide assistance to the 20 casualties of water contamination in Garcia Hernandez. Chatto was on top of the situation as he examined laboratory result taken from the water source. He instructed persons in charge to check water source and pipelines to determine where contamination occurred to come up with measures to address the problem. Meanwhile, the governor urged households to be careful, boil the water and vigilant with water intake to prevent the same occurrence.
